Perry stone is talking about entrances (Portals) into Heaven and Portals into Hell. He does a great job in explaining it.
7 Heaven and Hell's Blog
7 Heaven and Hell speaks of the existence of both Heaven and Hell with all of their levels. An open discussion of that which is not spoken of for fear it might be nearer than you think!

How to Attract Demons and Evil Sprits to You!
Sitting in Heaven Lucifer noticed several standards that were never lowered or crossed. One of those, not the most profound for sure, but never the less a foundational one was language.
Everyone knew in Heaven what we have long forgotten here on Earth. That the Creator of the Heavens (which includes but is not limited to the known or unknown universe) and the Earth used words, He spoke creation into existence (Genesis 1:3 KJV)
Lucifer understood all too well that those around him, chose and selected their words very carefully. Heaven knew words had great importance there meaning carried great weight. Since this was the time before his rebellion, there were no forbidden words. There were no vulgar or profane words created. They weren’t used, because they didn’t exist.

Those who are Dead do They Sleep or are they Active?
This is an email a friend sent me today:
Dear Dan:
This work is by Mr._______ (names have taken out of this email to protect the guilty and my friend). It gives a view of what happens after one dies. He uses the parable of Lazarus and the Rich man to show how ALL parables are figurative, not literal. Many verses in the Bible document that one "returns to where he came from" when he dies. That place is the dirt of the Earth. Death is "Sleep" as Christ Yashua told His diciples. Once gone, nothing is felt, seen, or known till Yashua returns to resurrect us. Thus the phrase "Rest in Peace."
Mr.______ has MANY such articles, really "short books," on similar Bible topics.
His views on Heaven and Hell as destinations are interesting also.”
This is my reply:
Mr. ______:
I read some of Mr. ______ paper and I understand this is a very volatile and deep subject and those who weigh in on it better know what they are taking about.
That said, I must add this, I too was as confused as Mr. _____ on this subject, you know you might have taken Drivers Education in High School. Like me you sit in the class and watched all the videos of car wrecks and hurt and mangled people as well as mangled automobiles. Which was to impress upon our young minds bad things can happen, to people who drive automobiles. But like some of the kids you kind of laughed it off (with a nervous laughter), you see all we wanted to do was get behind the wheel of the car and turn the radio up and pick up chick’s. We studied the textbook we saw the films we drove around with the instructor and then came the day that we passed our drivers test.
Let me jump ahead, some where down that road we were on, came what we just heard about, the real in your face their fault / our fault wreck. Let me tell you the reality was nothing like the movie or what the teacher said or what the book said. You see _____ I know that the dead don’t just go to sleep and then wake up when Jesus returns, because once you have (and I have) been to Heaven and talked to them and seen those sites no one can convince you differently (no one can tell you they lay around asleep).
